BCC or as some people call it a Rodent Ulcer is the commonest skin cancer in humans. Although it is a malignant tumour but it’s not life threatening as it does not spread. It can be cured if completely removed surgically. There are other options available too including topical therapy in some cases if its Superficial BCC.
